We want you on our team...Bourbon Community Hospital located in Paris, a 20  minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a full time adminsitrative assistant.  This role performs a variety of duties to support our administrative team and hospital as a whole.

Essential functions of position include, but are not limited to:

Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications.

Receives, screens, and routes visitors and telephone calls. Responds to, escalates, and follows up on inquiries and problems as appropriate.

Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.

Maintains assigned calendar(s).

Maintains files and office equipment.

Orders and stocks supplies.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent - Required

Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
