Job Description
Maria Parham HealthAnalyzes the psychological needs of the patients and counsels and/or refers patients for treatmen.t. Provides consultation to the staff members about suggested ways of dealing with emotional and psychological adjustments of the patients. Provides staff education related to the medical problems of the rehabilitative patients.
Job Requirements
Baccalaureate degree in Social Work from accredited school of Social Work. All licenses and certifications required by the state. Previous experiencewith counseling and discharge planning of rehabilitationpatients/families.
