Maria Parham Franklin Behavioral Health in Louisburg, NC has an opening for a RN in our Adult unit. 

The Behavioral Health RN will:

  • Plan for 24hr care by assessing, monitoring, and documenting level of functioning, health status, mental status, medical history, medication compliance and treatment needs.
  • Interpret and carry out physician orders.
  • Responsible for accurate documentation and maintaining complete records.
  • Accept responsibility for updating and increasing skills and knowledge through training and continuing education.
  • Supervise and evaluates assigned staff and directs work assignments.
  • Assists in orientation of new employees.

Job Requirements

Required Education:
  • Completionof a Nursing Diploma Program or Associates’ degree in nursing is required.

Bachelor’s in Nursing ispreferred.

Required License/Certification:
  • ValidNC or multistate RN License            
  • BLS

Hospital approved Behavioral ManagementProgram will be provided.
