Logan Memorial Hospital

He/she will be responsible for pulmonary care as directed by the patients’ Primary and/or Consulting Physician, appropriate to the ages and needs of the patient population served.  He/she is accountable for the assignment, intervention, monitoring and treating patients with pulmonary complications.   He/she will assure that the equipment, supplies and services provided are appropriate to the age of the patient from neonate through geriatric.  The CRT Practitioner is accountable for the assessment, intervention, monitoring and treating of patients with pulmonary complications.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Certified by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
  2. Current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care
  3. Minimum of one year experience in Respiratory Care (can be as a student.)
  4. Current BLS certification
  5. Current ACLS and PALS/or within one year of hire date
  6. Good communication skills, detail oriented and computer skills helpful.
  7. Ability to work alone or with others as team to ensure quality patient care.
