Title: Clinical Coordinator Med/Surg ICU  

St. Francis hospital is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join their team in the Med/Surg ICU department. This fast-paced and multifaceted position is responsible for the organization and daily oversight of all activities of the Medical Surgical ICU. Ideal candidates are process driven, detail oriented and passionate about providing positive leadership to the department.  

A few Responsibilities of the Clinical Coordinator Med/Surg ICU: 

  • Ability to adapt in a stressful environment and take appropriate action  

  • Manage nurse's daily activities and delegate responsibilities 

  • Maintain the flow of accurate patient information between shifting nurses. 

  • Make sure the Medical Surgical ICU is appropriately staffed

Job Requirements

Required skills for the Clinical Coordinator Med/Surg ICU  

  • Associate degree in Nursing 

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 

  • Valid Georgia Nursing License; or multi state license 

  • At least (6) months experience in clinical nursing as a Registered Nurse in direct patient setting 

  • (5) years of clinical experience preferred 

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) 

  • ACLS within 6 months of hire 

  • PALS within 6 months of hire
