Job Description

Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Indiana with PharmD in Pharmacy.  The principle duties include ensuring the appropriateness of drug therapy for safe and effective treatment through ongoing clinical monitoring, care planning, and documentation; ensuring compliance with Pharmacy standards in the dispensing and compounding of medications; adhering to Federal and State Pharmacy laws and licensing requirements; acting as a source of drug information for patients and health care professionals; and assuming on-call responsibilities.
