LifePoint Health has an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Recruiter. The position is located at the LifePoint Health Support Center in Brentwood, TN.

Job Summary:

  • The Clinical Recruiter, serves as a partner to the assigned Facility Human Resources Director and other leadership team members, and is responsible for ensuring objectivity, compliance, consistency and fairness for candidates and employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company.

  • The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for executing staffing and recruiting programs for all clinical positions. These programs are focused on materially improving facility quality scores, patient experience, productivity, culture and financial performance by improving their ability to recruit, retain and develop the right clinical staff and leadership, at the right levels, time and place.

  • The Clinical Recruiter will report to the Director of Recruiting

General Responsibilities:

• Works with the respective facility to develop a recruiting strategy that includes identifying by geographic area the best channels for obtaining clinical talent.  Manages and directs all core recruiting activities within the respective channels. Ensures that recruiting and compensation structures are consistent across the region.

• Sources candidates

• Interviews candidates

• Presents offers to candidates

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

• 3-5 years of  health care recruitment experience

• Working knowledge of federal and state employment law

• Ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills)

• Good computer skills including experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems; ability to develop spreadsheets and reports to analyze market staffing needs
