Central Carolina Hospital

Coordinates efforts to obtain and maintaincertifications of excellence including Heart Failure, Chest Pain, and Stroke.   Coordinates QI efforts, either within a department orwithin a larger QA team, related to data collection and reporting for DiseaseSpecific Certifications/Accreditations. 



STANDARDFOR ALL EMPLOYEES

2.   Maintainsestablished departmental policies and procedures, objectives, performance improvementprogram, safety, environmental, and Infection Control standards.

4.   Recognizes and meets the needs of customers

5.   Meets expectations for attendance at Ethics,Forums, meetings, and other required training/ workshop sessions.

Performs other related duties as assigned andrequested.
