Scott Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed acute care facility that is fully accredited by the Joint Commission. Scott Memorial Hospital has a 24-hour Emergency Department as well as a comprehensive list of inpatient and outpatient services.
The Position
We’re looking for a Director of Cardiopulmonary who inspires collaboration, respect and a passion for helping others by leading our team through a shared vision and purpose. The Director of Cardiopulmonary holds overall accountability for providing leadership, direction, and administration of day-to-day operations. This position is responsible and accountable for total unit operations on a 24-hour basis to include fiscal management, staff development, and resource management with the ultimate goal of achieving quality and safe patient care. Heavy emphasis is placed on meeting or exceeding national standards of practice, development and retention of qualified team members, and the satisfaction of the customers served.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Graduate of state approved program
Required Experience: 3 years RRT experience .ACLS, NRP and PALS required within first year. . Management experience preferred
Licensure: Registered Respiratory Therapist
