Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the patient, cafeteria, and catering services.  Coordinates and monitors activities of the listed areas and makes improvements as needed. Maintains food costs, productivity standards, quality standards and sanitation standards as required by MMC and regulatory agencies. 



Job Requirements

MinimumEducation:  Bachelor's degree in Food Management or related field.

Minimum Experience:   Five or more years in commercial or institutional food service desired.
