POSITION SUMMARY:

The ERP Systems Analyst, Kronos Workforce Central Systems, version 8.0 serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for all ongoing activities (including programming rules, supporting end users, and creating and maintaining interfaces using WIM).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.  

  • Establish and maintain standardized LifePoint polices, practices and ERP Systems workflow and train and com-municate standards to Health Support Center (HSC) departments and facility end-users.
  • Act as Kronos SME (SQL- based, NOT AS400) for HSC departments and facility end-users by system troubleshooting, assisting with problem resolution, and reports writing using SQL or a report writer (Business Objects preferred). 
  • Assist in conversion, updates, maintenance and implementation of Kronos as requested throughout the HSC, facilities and newly acquired entities.
  • Perform Kronos system configuration changes including maintenance of tables, files, reports, codes, and time clocks to support strategic objectives as required.  
  • Responsible for system testing for releases and upgrades to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, to include software patches and upgrades as required.  
  • Complete daily/weekly oncall support duties as required

  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).  Skilled in the application of policies and procedures.  Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.

Job Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

Education: Bachelor's Degree  

Experience: 
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Kronos Systems required
Must be able to program Kronos Pay rule/work rule building blocks from scratch
Understanding of WIM and WDM 
ATK experience, Process Manager and Kronos mobile experience and ability to write SQL preferred
Functional experience with a payroll system, Lawson preferred
