The Growth & Outreach Liaison, reporting to the Hospital CEO with a strong dotted line reporting relationship to the HSC Vice President Growth & Outreach,  is responsible for strategically planning and implementing outreach efforts specifically with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, other area hospitals, EMS and other potential referral sources within the hospital’s primary, secondary and tertiary service areas and maximizing referral and redirection opportunities for both inpatient and outpatient services.  This position is focused on continuous improvements that result in improved experiences for both patients and providers within our facility.


Job Requirements

Education:Bachelor'sDegree.

 

Experience:Minimum of 3 years’ related experience. Medicaland/or Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.


BusinessMathematical Skills -- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in allunits of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Abilityto compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.


ModerateComputer Skills – Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry,spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Ability to create, maintain and incorporate simplefunctions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to supportbusiness objectives.


Moderate Communication-- Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train othersin functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to departmentor middle management.


Routine BusinessProblems -- Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generallysolved by following clear directions and procedures.
