Associates degree in Information Systems, Health Care, Business, or other related field or 1-3 years experience in a related field.  Three years experience required.  Knowledge of desktop and client-server environments required.   Experience in a midrange/mainframe environment a plus.   Strong interpersonal, organizational, writing and training skills required.  Knowledge of commonly used computer and networking concepts, practices and procedures.  Will assist team members with various computer problems.  Will provide first line support and managing of all incoming requests, gathering diagnostic information, troubleshooting and determining symptoms vs. causes, identifying resolutions and testing those resolutions.

Must be flexible and able to cover vacations and call ins as needed.  Must be a team player. Excellent communication skills a must.
