To provide leadership, guidance, and counsel to the company's field operations (plants, distribution centers, research and development facilities) on company policies involving labor relations, compliance issues such as affirmative action, EEO, safety and health, and workers' compensation matters.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration required, master's degree or law degree desirable. Other educational backgrounds will be considered.

Minimum Work Experience
A minimum of five years' experience in human resources, preferably in a position overseeing government compliance.

Required Skills
Good organizational and supervisory skills to supervise diverse operations with differing needs and problems.

Required Skills
Good communications skills to present the company's position to different management groups, union representatives, and government officials.
