Maria Parham Health

Daily operations of recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment and including writing and placing recruitment advertisements.
Assists the Human Resources Director with policy and procedure preparation, handbook updates, and the implementation and coordination of medical center compensation program.
Assists with the onboarding of new hires.
Assists with the development of job descriptions.
Conducts new employee orientation and handles exit interviewing.
Maintains Human Resources Information System and compiles reports from database.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Assists employees' with creating Service Now tickets and monitor tickets until issue has been resolved and closed.
Assists with volunteer coordination. 
Will be required to provide Human Resources support at both Maria Parham Health hospitals (Henderson and Louisburg).
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

Requires Associate and/or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.

Preferably 2 to 4 years of hospital or healthcare Human Resources experience.
