Job Summary:

Under general direction, support and contribute to the efficient operations of the Human Resources (HR) department. Support HR Management in all facets of Human Resources. Support the HR function in a flexible and unilateral manner that contributes to HR's positive and dynamic involvement in the daily administration of personnel at St. Francis Hospital.

Job Requirements

Minimum Experience

One (1) years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.


Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent


Required Skills
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) is preferred

Essential Functions 

Greet employees and visitors and provides the necessary services to meettheir needs.

Answers telephones, prioritizes, screens, and redirects calls. Answersquestions, handles routine matters, and takes messages for internal andexternal customers.

Orders supplies and maintain the necessary supplies to ensure efficientoperations

Prepares materials for recruitment events and meetings, orders food,schedules rooms, organizes room set up.

Assists all members of the Human Resources team as needed in areas suchas recruitment, benefits, employee relations.

Coordinates Pre-employment and onboarding events to include maintenanceof orientation list.

Maintain confidentiality of all hospital, employee, and patientinformation at all times.

Provide exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.

Other duties as assigned or required.
