St Francis Hospital

Manage the daily operations of designated areas.  Ensure the operations of the practice/group run smoothly, regular staff meetings are held between all departments and physicians, departmental policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to, and the budget is monitored.  Oversee the retention of office and medical supplies, manage insurance and patient aging sheets, and handle patients within the office.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration,or related field preferred

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to workwith minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment andtake appropriate action.

Minimum WorkExperience
Two (2) years of experience in a high capacity healthcare environment.
