Manages the daily operations of the assigned department or function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
The Office Manager will provide training, direction, inspiration, and coaching to staff members, and coordinate all aspects of patient/client care. Manager role entails leading with a focus on safety, continuous improvement, relationship building, communication and strategic thinking. You will foster a “safety first” culture through awareness, training and accountability. Your guidance will help other operational leaders achieve established standards of service, quality, accuracy and productivity. This individual will facilitate the ordering and maintenance of all office supplies, forms and equipment and ensure quality control and compliance with laws and regulations as well as oversee and assist with all aspects of the business.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
Associates degree or equivalent life/work experience.
Required Skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational, computer and communication skills
Strong interpersonal/coaching skills

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Must be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, and be able to quickly shift priorities in a busy environment.

Position requires that the individual learn and understand all aspects of the practice, with the willingness to step in and help with any task as needed.

Ability to embrace and promote natural healing practices.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable being in charge, has great attention to detail, is comfortable in a medical environment, is able to interact with patients and staff in a friendly, caring and professional manner and wants the opportunity to be a major part of the growth of the practice.
Minimum Work Experience
2 years prior supervisory experience required
Prior experience as a manager is required.
Clinical experience preferred, but not required
