Maria Parham Health

Daily operations of recruiting, screening and interviewing applicants for prospective employment and including writing and placing recruitment advertisements.
Assists the Human Resources Manager with policy and procedure preparation, handbook updates, and the implementation and coordination of medical center compensation program.
Assists with the onboarding of new hires.
Assists with the development of job descriptions and job analysis.
Conducts new employee orientation and handles exit interviewing.
Maintains Human Resources Information System and compiles reports from database.
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirements

Requires an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources

Preferably 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources with HR experience in a healthcare setting.
