We want you on our team...Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, an 18 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a Receiving and Distribution Clerk to join our Materials Management Department in receiving supplies and equipment; log receipt via computer or log sheet as appropriate; delivers to departments and/or stocks supplies in large storeroom and individual departments and performs periodic supply counts in storeroom.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs all clerical/computer functions to support patient care delivery
  • Stocks unit with office and medical supplies and prepares requisitions to maintain inventory levels
  • Receives shipments, log receipts, enters data into computer system, delivers to using departments or other facilities
  • Answers telephone and directs calls/messages
  • Faxes and photocopies information as requested by staff
  • Processes outgoing mail
  • Covers other departmental functions as needed

Job Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required

Requirement:

  • Valid Kentucky driver license with no moving violations
