Provides ongoing management of direct reports to ensure that Referral Coordinator Department goals are achieved, patient referrals are processed in a timely manner, employees are engaged, and policies, procedures, and standard work are adhered to.  Performs a variety of administrative functions to support departmental operations.  Along with managerial duties, this position is responsible for coordinating and processing patient referrals alongside the employees they manage, as needed.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalentrequired

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field preferred

Requires critical thinkingskills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
