Central Carolina Hospital

Administratively coordinates and manages hospital activities on a per shift basis under the direction of CNO.  Responsible for staffing of patient care areas, coordination of admissions, Manages Flow of patients throughout the hospital and supervision of staff.  Communicates all-important information to the CNO and other Administrative Team members.

Job Requirements

Training commensurate with RN licensure.  BSN, MSN or other Masters Degree preferred.
Must have minimum 2 years as charge nurse or supervisor.  Current RN license in NC.  CPR, ACLS and PALS certification.
NRP, TNCC (preferred).
Other Minimum Abilities / Aptitudes:
 -Knowledge of Local, State and Federal regulations pertaining to facility functions (preferred)
-Ability to originate, develop and/or carry out new ideas or methods 
-Ability to grasp concepts,, to make intelligent decisions and to anticipate and solve problems
-Highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills
-Basic compute skills
-Able to work on smoke-free campus
-Understand budget and manages cost with staffing
