Job Description

This position provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.  Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, assessments, charting, etc., as necessary.  Consult with the resident's physician in providing the resident's care, treatment, rehabilitation, etc, as necessary.  Ensure that personnel are providing direct care to residents and providing such care in accordance with the residents' care plan and wishes.
