LifePoint Health has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Business Intelligence Architect to join our team at the Health Support Center (HSC) located in Brentwood, TN.

The Senior Business Intelligence Architect will act as an internal consultant by applying high order analytics and business expertise to the organization. This position will lead a team of data experts who transform data into useful information to improve processes, work flow, and operations of our facilities. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the strategic direction, architecture, and delivery of company and executive level solutions to both the Health Support Center and facilities
  • Lead delivery of reporting and analytical solutions to stakeholders that provide data-driven insight into business performance, issues, and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures related to providing business intelligence solutions.
  • Manage implementation and administration of business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Lead architect in development, design, execution, and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehousing projects.
  • Assist with BI implementations including planning, requirements gathering, data mapping, extract specifications, system set-up, integrity testing, end user training and documentation.
  • Lead and assist BI efforts during mergers and acquisitions.

Job Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in business analytics; management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of BI concepts & tools
  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with PowerBI preferred
  • Healthcare Industry experience preferred
  • Experience with mergers/acquisitions, and cost accounting analytics preferred

  • Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks on multiple projects; ability to work in a fast pace environment 
  • Ability to convey technical concepts in a non-technical manner
  • Can make timely decisions with appropriate information
  • Has strong relationship building skills
