Provides moderate to advanced technical systems support for a multitude of computer services and desktop systems. Installs, configures, test, troubleshoots issues, and applies system updates, virus protection, and security components to desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, MacBook’s, iPads,etc. on a timely basis. Monitors daily and night-time processes to ensure successful execution of business systems. Conduct research and root cause analysis to permanently address recurring incidents and problems. Provides 24x7 end-user support including on-call rotations as required. Works directly with end-users to provide timely responses to support request while providing outstanding customer service.


Job Requirements

Graduation from an accredited two or four year college oruniversity with major coursework in computer or related field, or an equivalentcombination of training and experience; 3 to 5 years of experience; must haveexcellent communication and customer services skills
