Provides moderate to advanced technical systems support for a multitude of computer services and desktop systems.  Installs, configures, tests, troubleshoots issues, and applies system updates, virus protection, and security components to desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, Mac Books, iPads, etc., in a timely manner.  Monitors daily and night-time processes to ensure successful execution of business systems.  Conducts research and root cause analysis to permanently address recurring incidents and problems.  Provides 24/7 end-user support including on-call rotations as required.  Works directly with end-users to provide timely responses to support requests while providing outstanding customer service.

Job Requirements

Graduatefrom an accredited two or four year college or university with major courseworkin computer or related field, or an equivalent combination of training andexperience; 3 to 5 years of experience. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
