Job Description
St Francis HospitalThe central plant supervisor is responsible as a working supervisor for supervising maintenance personnel in routine maintenance and repair services performed in the central energy plant and essential utility and life safety systems. Must be able to troubleshoot without direct supervision and responsible for preparation, planning, coordinating, of maintenance support work schedules. Establishes and oversees preventative maintenance program.
Job Requirements
Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Successful completion of two yearcertificate program in maintenance, or one of more of the skilled trades required
Licenses:
4th Class Engineers License with 6 months for improvement.
Minimum WorkExperience
Minimum ten (10) years working experience in a central plant operations andmechanical work. Work may be substituted for the trade school certificate.
