POSITION SUMMARY:

The Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Systems builds, designs, maintains functionality, and enhances performance and security for enterprise-wide infrastructure system, tool or process.  Responsible for triage and level 3 issue resolution.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

Act as subject matter expert (SME) for at least one information system, tool or process providing expertise, guidance, and standardization enterprise-wide within the Identity and Access Management team.

Build, design, and fix infrastructure system, tool or process to support Health Infrastructure & Technology Services (HITS) Infrastructure Services strategic objectives continually seeking opportunities for efficiencies through automation.

Triage, document and act as level 3 issues resolution from ticket management system.

Drive continuous improvement of workflows, technical scripts (PowerShell), policies, procedures and technology related to Privileged Identity Management to enable risk reduction, business enablement and operational efficiencies.

Create and maintain accurate process documentation.

Engage in vendor relationships to support infrastructure systems participating in pre-sales and post-sales conversations.

Provide solutions for technology areas such as Single/Simplified Sign-on, Multi-Factor Authentication, Risk-based access, and external federation for customers/partners, and other cloud solutions continue to increase in use and criticality to business operations.

The employee should have a general understanding of cloud technologies.

Positively interface with stakeholders and client users to integrate services with minimal disruption and prioritize Identity Management requirements for LifePoint.

Education:HighSchool Diploma or GED

 

Experience:Minimum 3 years of Identity Access Management experience.
