Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Team Leader, under the direction of assigned Department Director, supervises the operations of the department nursing area, its patient’s population and assigned team members during a designated period of time.

The Clinical Nurse Team Leader assumes responsibility and accountability for organizing, controlling, and implementing department activities and coordinating the activities with other department activities within the hospital.  Provides service to patients throughout the life span including newborns, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric age groups.
