Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Lead Radiology Support Technician and Radiology Services Supervisor and general supervision of Radiology Services Director and according to established policies and procedures, performs transport functions for patients in Radiology Services and assists in maintaining the Radiology image filing system. Work is of a confidential nature.

Required Education:

High school diploma - Required

Two years of college - Preferred

Required Skills:

Experience in the use of a computer is required. Theemployees must have the ability to understand, communicate and reacteffectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult andgeriatric patients.

RequiredLicense/Certifications:

NA 1 or 2 to belisted by The Division of Facility Services

BLS certification required,or obtained during first week of hire
