Job Description

St Francis Hospital

To analyze discharge records for deficiencies according to the Health Information Management Departmental Policies & Procedures in accordance with the Standards of the St. Francis Hospital, Medical Staff Bylaws, and JC requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum WorkExperience
Three (3) years experience in HealthInformation Management Department functions and one (1) year experience ofchart analysis preferred
