We are currently looking for a CNA/Multi Care Tech to join our team. HRMC offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

• The primary purpose of the Multi-Patient Care Tech position is to assist the professional nursing staff by providing personal nursing care to patients.
• This position is flexible in that the employee has credentials for and can work as a CNA, a unit clerk or a telemetry technician when needed.
• Performs various duties related to the assigned nursing unit in accordance with established Hospital Policies and Procedures.
• The Multi-Patient Care Tech has the responsibility of reporting any unusual occurrences, patient and/or employee issues, work related accidents, staffing variances and any other unusual events to the Nursing House Supervisor, Department Director and Registered Nurses who are responsible for the delivery of patient care.
• Provides a variety of unit support functions that contributes to overall efficient operation of the nursing unit. The most important of these functions are reception, transcription, data entry, record retrieval, and the preparation and maintenance of a functional medical record for each patient, including the telemetry monitoring records.
• Answers call light promptly using customer-focused communication.
• Promptly reports patient needs to the nurse as applicable.

Job Requirements

HS diploma or Ged or related experience required. AZ Certified Nursing Assistant credentials. BLS within 60 days of hire. Basic EKG course cert or sucessful test completion within 6 months of hire. Unit coordinator experience preferred.
