Under the general supervision of the Food and Nutrition Services Director and direct supervision of the Cafeteria Supervisor and according to established policies and procedures, is responsible for preparing and cooking all grill items.  Performs other work of the department as required.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English, and perform
  simple mathematics. 
- Two to three years of grill cooking experience required, preferably in a
  hospital setting.
