LifePoint Health has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruiter, Executive Recruiting to join our team at the Health Support Center (HSC) located in Brentwood, TN.

The Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of hospital executives; recruiting, screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing methods (internal and external).


To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure achievement of staffing needs to support LifePoint’s overall strategic growth goals.

Manage entire recruiting life cycle in compliance with LifePoint standards to include but not limited to: position acquisition, sourcing and advertising position, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening, interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.

Partner with individual hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs as well as to ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.

Prepare and maintain staffing reports and track key staffing metrics.

Coordinate and oversee various projects and/or programs such as Internship Program, Resident Program, and Orientations.

Manage relationships with agencies for temporary staffing, select or manage the selection, hiring and payroll of temporary staff, to include interim executive leadership.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:   Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
