Responsiblefor collecting and entering complete and accurate demographic, personal andfinancial information pursuant to the registration process. Including the correct entry of physicianorders for prescribed tests, supplies and procedures.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum WorkExperience: Minimum one year incustomer service focused environment.
Computer, data entry experience preferred.
Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisivejudgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to workin a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
