  • The team leader position is a great way to have both a patient caseload and formal leadership responsibilities.
  • The team leader will typically provide both outpatient and inpatient therapy 80% of the time and report to the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
  • Requires effective supervisory and communication skills.
  • You will provide task delegation and supervision of SLP, OT and PTA staff.  Assisting with staffing, scheduling, orientation, training and communications to provide adequate coverage for patient treatments.
  • Motivation of staff to improve performance and being responsible for the operation of the department, measurement, assessment and continuous improvement of the department’s performance.
  • Help organize and conduct staff in-service training and community outreach programs.

Job Requirements


  • Must have a current Kentucky state license to practice Physical Therapy.  Current CPR certification. 
  • Be prepared to work on Saturday (and very occasionally on Sunday) every 3rd weekend, with Friday off the following week.
