Job Description:

  • Responsible for the timely and effective recruiting of qualified healthcare employees as requested. 
  • Be fully knowledgeable of business issues of assigned areas.
  • Regularly monitors and reports recruitment statistics/ trends.
  • Provide consultation on employee relations issues to directors and employees.
  • Ensures accurate data is entered and maintained in Lawson for each employee in assigned areas.
  • General Human Resources Department Responsibilities
  • Participates in other special projects related to HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education
X Associate's degree required

Minimum Education
X Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Three years of administrative experience in a high volume setting; HR experience highly preferred
